How to deactivate 2FA in TEX (Phase 2)?

Step 1

Log in to your TEX (Phase 2) account with your “email” and “password”.

 

Step 2

Click “Profile” on the side menu and then “Security”.

Step 3

Disable Two-factor authenticator (2FA), Google Authenticator.

Step 4

Enter the “OTP” received in your TEX registered email, then click on “send”.

Step 5

Google Authenticator will be disable once the request is successful.
