TFX – How to activate TEX account?

Along with the introduction of TFX, we also proudly brought you our own cryptocurrency exchange TEX. This article highlights all the information you’ll need regarding activating your TEX account.

A word of reminder. Once you activate the TEX account, your login credential will be sent to the registered email.

If you share the same email with your friends/families/upline/downline, you are HIGHLY recommended to change the email to your own unique email BEFORE proceeding to activate your TEX account.

What is TEX?

Triumph Exchange (TEX) is our newly developed cryptocurrency exchange. It provides advanced features and interface for users to buy, sell and trade their TFX coins. TEX is the open market where every TFX holder trades between TFX and USDT.

How to activate my TEX account?

Commencing 1 December 2022, Traders Room will prompt you the TEX Account Activation message every time you login. Read to understand then click on the Activate button to receive your TEX login credential in your registered email.

Why do I need to activate my TEX account?

For now, TEX will be the only exchange where you can buy, sell or trade TFX coins. In order for you to do so, you will need an account on TEX. As Traders Room and Triumph Exchange have been fully integrated, you do not need to register a new account on TEX. Instead, we simply require you to activate your TEX account from the Traders Room and receive your login credential in your email. This process also lets users acknowledge the activation of their new TEX accounts.

What should I do after I activate my TEX account?

For better security, you are highly recommended to update your TEX account password.

How to access my TEX account?

Once you received the login credential, you may proceed to login to your TEX account: tex.tfxi.com

Alternatively, you may also access TEX account from your Traders Room. Navigate to Traders Room Account Balance, click on the button ‘Go to TEX’ to login.

I didn’t receive my login credential, what can I do?

First of all, kindly ensure that you check the correct email account if you have multiple. The login credential will be sent to the email account registered with your Traders Room account.

Then, please check the Promotions or Junk folder to ensure that the login credential email didn’t fall into it.

I use the same email address as my upline/downline/friend/family, what will happen?

Login credentials of all the accounts will be sent to the same email address. This means the owner of the email address will receive the login credentials of every account using the same email. You are HIGHLY recommended to change the email address to your own unique email BEFORE proceeding to activate your TFX account.

I don’t have access to the email registered with my TR account, what can I do?

In this case, you will need to reach out to the owner of the email (Eg: your upline/downline/friend/family) and request for email change.

What happens after I have successfully activated my TEX account?

Once you have activated your TEX account, you will notice your Traders Room Account Balance transformed into Account Overview. From there, you are able to view the amount of TFX you are currently holding. Please note that the amount displayed DOES NOT include TFX attached in FM or in pending order.

This also means that you can now login to TEX and start trading TFX/USDT!
