Partial Close an Order in MetaTrader 4 Client Terminal

Traders usually partial close an order when they want to reduce their risk.

To partial close an open order, right click the open order, then click “Modify or Delete Order”.

Change the Type to “Market Execution”.

Change the Volume to which you want to partial close,
then click “Close #___ ___ ___ ___ by Market” button to execute.

The remaining volume should now appear with a new Order number.
